To ensure security and facilitate the event, several strict restrictions have been imposed in several areas of New Delhi. During the summit, all online delivery and commercial services in New Delhi will be suspended for three days. This means that food delivery such as Zomato-Swiggy, markets, cloud kitchens and commercial delivery services like Amazon and Flipkart will not operate in the controlled zone. However, delivery services will still be allowed to deliver essential items like medicines. Important services such as postal and medical services, as well as sample collections by pathology labs, will continue to operate to ensure people's essential needs are met. Vehicles for hotels, hospitals, and other significant installations in the New Delhi District that are involved in housekeeping, catering, trash disposal, etc. will be permitted following verification. Additionally, all Central government offices in the national capital will be closed for 3 days. This closure is to ensure the smooth functioning of the event and security arrangements.
