Tahira Kashyap shares her courageous cancer battle, with her Instagram followers.
Tahira Kashyap is the wife of a famous Bollywood actor Ayushman Khurana.
She was detected with breast cancer last year. She has been very active on her social media account and has inspired many cancer patients.
Due to the cancer, she recently went through a Mastectomy surgery. This is a surgery to remove one breast, which will stop the cancer from spreading. The surgery gave her a big scar on her back.
On 4 February 2019, she posted a picture on her instagram with a very inspiring caption.
It was a backless picture where she has a shaved head and is proudly showing off the scar on her back.
It is a very bold and fearless picture.
In her caption she said that, she does want women to be ashamed if they are suffering from cancer.
She asked women to be proud of all the scars that come with this disease.
