National Association of the Deaf (NAD) files a complaint with the Delhi Police against the video of the Influencers Rohan Cariappa and Shaayan Bhattacharya mocking the Sign Language with obscene and disgusting gestures. NAD has demanded an apology from both individuals. The FIR mentions that the released by them is a clear violation of the Right to Life with Dignity under Section 21 and expects strong action to be taken against Rohan Cariappa and Shaayan Bhattacharya under the RPWD Act 2016 and the Information Technology Act 2000.
