Morning Exercise Helps To Lose Weight

A scientist has found proof that exercising in the morning, yields better results than working out later during the day.

A researcher Erik Willis conducted a study related to weight loss. In this he conducted an experiment on 100 young men and women who were not at all active. These men and women would jog and sweat in the gym labs till they burnt upto 600 calories per day. These people could visit the gym labs whenever they wanted between 7am to 7pm.  In 10 months, almost everyone lost weight, but the amount of weight loss was not the same. Everyone lost different amount of weight. 

Willis was very confused. If all the men and women jogged 5 times a week without fail and all of them had to burn 600 calories compulsory, then why did they lose different amounts of weight. Why was there such a big difference. He then realised it was their workout time. When he started checking the work out time of a person and how much the weight they lost, he found a pattern. People who worked out before afternoon lost more weight compared to people who worked out after 3pm. 

Starting the day with exercise is the best way to start the day. It makes the mind and body fresh. Towards the end of the day, the body and mind becomes more tired, which is why a person tends to lose less weight. Staying healthy and having a good lifestyle is very important. So plan your day well and lead a healthy life.
