Megan Fox is a famous American actor. She was married for 10 years to Brian Austin Green and they have 3 children. They then separated due to mutual issues. Megan Fox first met Machine Gun Kelly - he is a rapper -  during the shoot for Kelly's music video Bloody Valentine.  Megan Fox featured in the video. Meghan and Kelly started dating since June 2020 and confirmed their relationship by posting pictures of each other on their respective social media handles. But Meghan was still married to Brian. She then filed for divorce in November 2020. People were shocked at how Meghan could so quickly move on from her 10 year marriage and date Kelly. This never bothered her and Meghan & Kelly have been very open about their relationship and keep posted pictures on their social media handles. Recently, Kelly appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. In the show he revealed why he wears a vial of his girlfriend Megan Fox's blood around his neck. 

Isn't it strange to wear a vial of girlfriend’s blood around the neck!  To remember girlfriends people may keep handkerchiefs, photos, etc. but who keep their blood! Kelly clarified and said that he had just started dating Megan and she was going to Bulgaria to shoot a film. This happened when their relationship was still new. He didn't even have a passport so it freaked out that she was leaving and he couldn't even go to see her. 

Megan Fox then gave him a blood vial pendant. She said that since the blood had her DNA he will always be connected to her. That is why he continues to wear the blood vial around his neck.
