It's been more than a year since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Our lives completely changed as we can not leave our homes without a mask. However many of us are uncomfortable while wearing masks. Because of the heat, there is a lot of sweating inside the mask, some people feel suffocated, etc. Wearing a 

mask for long hours can be very difficult but we don't have a choice. As face masks are important to avoid any infection, follow these tips which will help you stay cool while wearing one: 

Choose early morning hours or the evenings to run errands and avoid going out during the noon. So that you won't have to roam around in the hot sun. If you go out in the sun you will get exhausted with the mask. If you have to go out in the sun, then take occasional breaks in the shade to cool off.

Wearing a single mask for a long duration makes it sweaty as well as dirty. Sweaty masks are not just uncomfortable to wear, but you can get pimples because of the dirt or some other infection. An easy way to solve this problem is to keep spare masks handy. However, it is important to properly dispose of the used mask properly. 

When you are outside with a mask on make sure you keep drinking water. Move aside where there are no people, pull down the mask and drink water. This ensures you are hydrated and will feel comfortable. 

Choosing lightweight and loose-fitting clothes is an effective way to keep your body cool while wearing a mask. Do not wear dark-colored outfits as it will absorb heat.

If you feel uncomfortable, then step away from the crowd and remove your masks occasionally to breathe properly and feel good.
