Eat Healthy, Be Healthy: Healthy Snacks

Healthy snacks: Khichiya papad, cucumber boats, roti pizza, masala khakhra, makhana sprout veggies, nuts, fruits.

When people are hungry or craving in the evening they eat anything or they order junk food. Now I will tell you the best healthy alternative snacks when you're craving for junk food or you are hungry. 

  1. Khichiya Papad

Khichiya papad is made up of rice flour. It is available in the market. 

  • Take 1 khichiya papad and roast it.

  •  Spread ghee, and put Chutney all over. 

  • Put whatever vegetables you have at home like, tomato, onion, cucumber, Capsicum, cabbage, etc.

  • Add pink salt

  • Chat masala if required

  • Add Sev 

  • Add Fresh coriander

  • You can also add cheese if required and enjoy.

  • Break the papad with plate

This will be healthy, fulfilling and tasty.

  1. Cucumber Boats

  • Take 1 cucumber, peel the skin, cut in length it should look like a boat.

  • Remove the inside seeds and chop it.

  • Mix chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, boiled corn, cucumber, green chili, pink salt and coriander. Chat masala if required.

  • Place the mixture into a cucumber boat. 

  • Put sev and enjoy.

  1. Roti pizza

  • Take leftover roti 

  • Warm the roti slightly

  • Put pizza sauce or ketchup

  • Put sliced capsicum, onion, tomato, olives, cabbage, salt, cheese, chili flakes and Oregano.

  • Then cover the pizza for 3min and enjoy the healthy snacks.

  1. Masala Khakhra

  • Take 1 sada khakhra 

  • Apply ghee

  • Chatni 

  • Put whatever veggies you have at home like tomato , cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, cabbage, etc

  • Fresh coriander

  • Pink salt

  • Put sev and if required you can put cheese.

  1. Makhana Sprout Vegetables

  • As required Salt

  • 1 lemon juice spoon

  • 1 ghee spoon

  • 1/2 turmeric powder spoon

Take a makhana in a pan ,add ghee , and roast makhana .

Add salt. Turmeric powder, and mix well.

Take a bowl .Add 1 cup Moong sprout, 1 cupMakhana, carrot chopped = spoon, 2 tomatoes chopped spoon, 2 teaspoons cucumber chopped

Take a bowl . Add all the above ingredients and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves
