Cold drinks are one of the most popular beverages across the globe. Cold drinks are an integral part of our life now. Cold drinks make you addicted just like alcohol and cigarettes. Do you have any idea how much sugar a bottle of cold drink contains?

Soft drinks, sodas or cold drinks are often referred to as empty calories as they provide no benefit to the body and instead harm it in several ways. One regular can of coca-cola contains a whopping 8 tablespoons of sugar. Cold drinks might satisfy your cravings but they don't fill your stomach. They might suppress hunger pangs for a while but can ultimately make you eat more. 1 bottle of your usual soft drinks contains around 150-200 calories which provide you just sugar and calories. 

As the sugar rush releases dopamine in your body and satiates your cravings, it can become quite addictive with time. Soft drinks has far more serious health issues are turned into many type of diseases  such as Obesity,  Diabetes, body weight, heart disease, stomach problem, cancer, liver damage, infertility, bone health, teeth disorders among children and aged persons. Large amounts of sugar, artificial sweetener, and food colors in soft drinks are turned into obesity and increase chances of diabetes. Soft drinks have a higher risk of cancer disease and liver damage problem. 
The sweet sugar is definitely not the reason for a failing kidney but the artificial sweeteners are. Hence consuming Diet versions of Coca-Cola or Pepsi have proved to produce more impairment than the sweet versions. A research has shown that the cans of Coke or Pepsi are coated with such chemicals that may lead to reproduction problems with regular consumption. Any product with long shelf life contains preservatives & all these preservatives are extremely harmful to our health & body. Whether you consume Cold Drinks in less quantity or more every sip of cold drink is harmful. My advice is for a healthy body, do not consume cold drinks at all.
