During the 5th Test match against England Jasprit Bumrah scored 29 runs himself, while Stuart Broad gave away 6 runs came in Extras, which made it the most expensive over in the history of Test cricke

India is currently in England to compete in its Test Series which was earlier left incomplete due to the effects of Covid-19. The series is currently being led by India by  2-1. During the rescheduled 5th Test match against England which is being played at Edgbaston in England Bumrah scored 29 runs himself, while Broad gave away 6 runs in Extras, which made it the most runs scored in the history of Test cricket, with 35 runs scored in just one over. The look on Stuart Broad's face perhaps said it all, who must have been thinking 'Why always me?' as fans were reminded of 2007 when Yuvraj Singh slammed six sixes off Broad's over in the first ever season of the T20 World Cup. After Bumrah became the batsman with most runs in a single over in Test cricket, he joined Yuvraj in another list, as Yuvraj holds the record for most runs in a T20 over as he earlier scored 36 Runs after he hit 6 Sixes in 6 Balls of the same Stuart Broad in 2007 T20 World Cup. With 29 runs in an over, Jasprit Bumrah also overtook Brian Lara who had earlier scored 28 Runs in a test match over and become the batsman with most runs in a single over in Test cricket history.

Moreover, it's just not Bumrah who was seen smashing the England bowling attack all around the ground, on the same day Wicket keeper Batsman Young Rishabh Pant scored 146 Runs out of just 111 balls, whereas all rounder Ravindra Jadega also scored 104 Runs outs of 194 balls which he played. With the current situation and Indian players' form, the match before the beginning of the 4th day is seemingly looking in India’s hand. What do you think about Jasprit Bumrah’s newest record, this time not with the ball but with the bat? Do mention your thoughts in the comment section below.
