Here are a few food options for you.

  1. Dark Chocolate : 

Dark chocolate tastes yum and it is also very good for health! It helps to reduce cholesterol as well. So next time you are working late, eat some dark chocolate and it will brighten your mood and fill your stomach. 

  1. Raw Vegetables : 

Eat raw veggies like carrots, cucumber, beetroot, lettuce, etc. These have a lot of fibre and keep you filled up. You can eat the veggies along with hummus or any other dip. It is healthy and will keep you full. 

  1.  Soups : 

Liquid foods are another good option as they are light to eat. While working late at night we want something light so that we do not feel sleepy. So a bowl of soup is the best! Additionally, they will keep you warm on chilly nights. Plus, you can have multiple bowls of soup without the guilt of putting on weight. 
 

  1.  Nuts

It is natural and obvious to feel hungry while working at night, no matter what time you had your dinner.

So instead of opting for processed snacks like sweetened drinks, chocolates, and namkeens, opt for nuts, roasted chana, almonds, and makhana. These alternatives are packed with all the essential nutrients and will without fail, make you feel fuller.

  1. Chia Pudding 

Chia seeds are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Take one and a half cup  milk and put half cut chia seeds. You can sweeten it with sugar, honey, or whatever you like. You can even add cocoa powder. Let it be in the fridge overnight or for 20 mins in the fridge. It will thicken up. Then you can put any fruit like strawberry, banana, mango, etc. It is simple, delicious and super healthy!
