We know that we all are tempted to eat junk food like a chocolate bar here, a burger there – what’s the harm? While there’s no problem with a bit of indulgence from time to time, regularly eating unhealthy food can cause a whole host of health issues, including heart conditions, stroke and diabetes.

  • Everyone loves samosa but instead of having that you can replace it with sprouts chat. If you have a craving for potato chips, instead eat whole wheat methi khakra.  

  • Instead of drinking energy drinks which have lots of sugar and preservatives, you can have lime mint juice which is natural and very healthy.

  • If you have a craving for chocolate, you can eat dark chocolate. Dark Chocolate is actually quite nutritious and contains fibre, iron, magnesium.

  • Replace ice cream with frozen yoghurt.

  • No one can stay away from sweets but sometimes it can cause health issues so instead you can have dates or fruits. 

  • Replace beer with spirits or wine. 

  • Pizza when we hear this word the mouth starts watering we just can’t say no but instead you can have healthy food pitta pockets. 

  • Cakes are lovely even though I also can’t resist but being healthy is also vital so instead cake eat banana bread.
