People Perform ‘Bubble Yoga’ in Canada

After months of quarantine and business closures to control the spread of Coronavirus, a fitness studio in Ontario, Canada has come up with a unique way to practise Yoga.

After months of quarantine and business closures to control the spread of Coronavirus, gyms are making creative ways to reopen and keep their clients as safe as possible. In Ontario, Canada, LMNTS Outdoor Studio has come up with a very unique idea to practise Yoga. They have started Yoga Classes from 21st June to 31st July. In these Yoga classes, each person will get their own private bubble dome which is 7 feet tall and 12 feet wide. These bubbles will help people practise social distance and practise Yoga as well. The classes will be held outside the Hotel X Toronto and 50 domes will be installed outside the hotel.  Yoga Instructors stand on a raised platform so people can watch and follow exercises. The instructor will also be inside a dome. Video displays will be arranged around the area so people can clearly see instructors.

Participants have been told to drink sufficient water, as they may sweat a lot during the yoga session. Plus inside the dome the temperature may increase depending on the weather. But they have installed fans inside the dome so people can be comfortable if it becomes very hot. All participants have been instructed to bring their own equipment like Yoga mat, water bottle, towel, etc. Before people enter the area, their temperature will be checked and they will be asked if they have any symptoms. After every class, the domes will be professionally cleaned and sanitised. Hand sanitisers will also be given to participants.
