Here are five natural ways to help improve your eyesight.

  1. Diet

Vitamin A, C, and E, and minerals like zinc and copper, are very important for good eyesight. These are in Carrots, broccoli, spinach, strawberries and citrus fruits. All green/yellow vegetables, are beneficial for your eyes.

Performing eye exercises regularly will help you keep your eyesight strong. Rubbing, warming, gentle eye massages are good for your eyes. Staying physically fit is important. If you are overweight, then you may get diabetes in the future. Diabetes is extremely dangerous for the eyes. 

  1. Relax 

People must relax. You must sleep for at least 7-9 hours each night to improve eyesight. The whole day we are working on computers, mobiles or watching TV. This puts a lot of stress on the eyes.   1. Protective Eye-wear
