This is why our eyes are at a risk. We have to take care of it so in the future it is strong and healthy. A healthy lifestyle and good diet can help you maintain strong eyesight.

Here are five natural ways to help improve your eyesight.

  1. Diet

Vitamin A, C, and E, and minerals like zinc and copper, are very important for good eyesight. These are in Carrots, broccoli, spinach, strawberries and citrus fruits. All green/yellow vegetables, are beneficial for your eyes. 

  1. Exercise

Performing eye exercises regularly will help you keep your eyesight strong. Rubbing, warming, gentle eye massages are good for your eyes. Staying physically fit is important. If you are overweight, then you may get diabetes in the future. Diabetes is extremely dangerous for the eyes. 

  1. Relax 

People must relax. You must sleep for at least 7-9 hours each night to improve eyesight. The whole day we are working on computers, mobiles or watching TV. This puts a lot of stress on the eyes. Sleep helps the eyes to relax.Take mini-breaks and power-naps during the workday so that your eyes and relax. 

  1. Protective Eye-wear 

If you work in a laboratory, vehicle garage, factory, etc where there is a lot of danger people must wear protective glasses. Also when you go out during the day, try wearing good quality sunglasses. This will help protect your eyes from strong and harmful rays of sunlight.

  1. Quit Unhealthy Habit. 

Unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking, drugs, etc can have dangerous effects on the eyes. So you want your eyes to be healthy in the future quit now. 

Make sure you go for regular check ups to the eye doctor. Check if you have glasses or not. We are always busy on mobiles and computers. Control the number of hours you are on the phone or computer so that your eyes rest.
