USA Kills Iran Leader Qassem Soleimani

Qasem Soleimani, was the top commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Soleimani was a very powerful man in Iran. He was so powerful that he was more famous than the President of Iran. He was going to be the next President of Iran. The US has called this association a terrorists organisation. On 31st December 2019, the US embassy in Baghdad was attacked by Iran-backed terror groups. The USA said Soleimani had planned the attack. After the attack, Donald Trump deployed 750 US soldiers to the Middle East. USA Department of Defense said America will do anything to protect lives Americans lives in foreign countries.
Donald Trump, President of the USA, ordered an airstrike at the Baghdad Airport on 3rd January 2019. USA attacked by launching three rockets at the airport.Soleimani landed at Baghdad airport at 1230 am on Sunday. He and his team were taken to a car by Iraqi officials. When the car was leaving out of the airport 2-3 missiles attacked the car. The blast was so strong that his body was torn to shreds and he was identified only by his red ring. Soleimani, five members of Iraqi military and "guests" were killed.
USA Department of Defense said that Soleimani was responsible for the deaths of thousands of Americans and now the USA has killed him. Relations between the USA and Iran have always been very bad. Now it will become even worse. Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has promised to take revenge on the USA for killing Soleimani. He said that the US is behaving like terrorists by killing Soleimani. A three-day mourning has been declared in Iran. Soleimani’s death has increased the price of oil and the value of Rupee against the Dollar has dropped as well. This is bad news for countries like India that import Oil.
