Uddhav Thackeray Wins Floor Test

The Uddhav Thackeray government proved its majority in the Vidhan Sabha which caused the BJP party to walk out of the Vidhan Sabha.

On Saturday a floor test was conducted in the Vidhan Sabha in Maharashtra. The floor test was conducted in the Vidhan Sabha so that the Shiv Sena, BJP and Congress could prove they had majority MLAs. Before the floor test BJP's Devendra Fadnavis said that the temporary speaker, Dilip Valse Patil was not following proper procedure. And he was going against the rules.

The speaker however refuted the claims and allowed the floor test to continue. He said all the rules are being followed. The Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP government proved its majority in a floor test in Maharashtra Assembly. The MLAs openly voted and supported Sena-Congress-NCP alliance. Uddhav Thackeray got 169 votes. After this, the BJP became very angry and walked out.
