In India on Twitter people were talking about this toll free number that gave amazing offers to people when they called on it.
On Saturday 4th January 2020, In India on Twitter people were talking about this toll free number that gave amazing offers to people when they called on it.People said when they call on the number they would receive offers such as free data plans, Netflix subscriptions, free watches –and even the opportunity to meet single women who “want to have sex with you”.However they found that this number does not give any offers. On 2nd January 2020, the BJP had Tweeted this image. The number you see in the image is the same as earlier. In the image, the BJP is telling people to give a missed call on the phone number to support the CAA.
The number was then used on social media to attract people by giving lucrative offers, so that they call and give their support to the CAA.Some Tweets on twitter said the number could be used to contact Sunny Leone. Another Tweet said if a person called on the number they could get free Amazon Prime & Netflix Subscriptions. However Netflix Tweeted and said that This completely fake. “If anyone wants a free Netflix subscription, you can use someone else’s account like we all do.”People must be extremely careful on social media. Before calling on any number or sending an email, first please verify if it's true or not.
