Trains Collide at Kacheguda, Hyderabad

In a tragic accident two trains in Hyderabad collided resulting in massive caualties.

Yesterday there was a horrible accident occured between two trains. Two trains crashed at the Kacheguda station in Telangana. Sixteen people have been injured in the accident so far. The train driver was trapped in his badly mangled cabin for eight hours. People were rushed to the hospitals close by. 

MMTS train and the Hundry express train crashed between Kacheguda- Malakpet railway stations in Hyderabad.Six coaches of MMTS train and three coaches of Hundry Express were badly damaged. Railway authority and local administration have been rushed to the spot. 

After investigating it was found that the driver of the MMTS train failed to see the signal of the coming train. The driver of MMTS train is still trapped in the badly damaged train and officials are trying to rescue him.  

An inquiry into the accident has been ordered by the  South Central Railway.
