TCS Nashik Scandal: Sex, Pressure and Silence Inside a Corporate Office

A massive scandal at TCS Nashik led to eight arrests after an undercover police sting exposed a four-year campaign of sexual exploitation, religious coercion, and HR negligence.

What began as a quiet tip-off in February 2026 unraveled into one of the most harrowing cases of corporate misconduct in India. Behind the polished glass of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik, a predatory culture of sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion thrived for four years.

The silence broke on March 25, 2026, when a female employee filed a chilling complaint at the Deolali Camp Police Station. Her testimony detailed a systematic descent from friendship to nightmare:

A colleague, Danish Sheikh, used their college friendship to help her secure a job, only to subject her to years of stalking, forced physical intimacy, and eventually, sexual assault.

In early 2026, the victim discovered Sheikh was already married with children—a fact confirmed by his own wife, Mahirin.

When a second colleague, Tausif Attar, learned of the assault, he chose blackmail over empathy, using the information to repeatedly coerce the victim into sex within the office pantry and lobby.

The investigation revealed that the harassment wasn't merely sexual; it was a targeted campaign against religious sentiments.

Alongside HR Manager Nida Khan, the accused allegedly:

  • Systematically insulted Hindu deities and beliefs.

  • Pressured colleagues to offer Namaz and consume beef against their will.

  • Attempted to forcibly convert a male employee to Islam through four years of persistent bullying.

In a cinematic turn of events, the Nashik Police had been watching long before the first FIR. Acting on a family’s tip-off in mid-February, six female officers went undercover as housekeeping staff. For weeks, they scrubbed floors and emptied bins while documenting the toxic interactions and predatory behavior that senior management ignored.

By April 3, 2026, the scale of the rot was clear:

  • 9 FIRs registered by eight women and one man.

  • 8 Arrests made on April 7, including the HR Manager, who reportedly dismissed the trauma as "common MNC culture."

  • 7 Terminations immediately issued by TCS.

A Special Investigation Team is now scouring 40+ CCTV recordings to solidify the evidence.
