SC Orders Enquiry in Encounter of Hyderabad Rapists
The Supreme Court has now set up a three-member inquiry commission to investigate the recent killing of four rapists of the Hyderabad veterinarian.
Last week, the Telangana police they killed the four rapists of the Hyderabad girl.The rapists had attacked policemen when they were taken to the same spot where they had raped the girl. The police then fired at the rapists in self defence. Many people were not sure if the police were telling the truth but most of the people were very happy with the police.Now the Supreme Court set up a three-member inquiry commission to investigate the recent killing of four rapists.
They will investigate if the police were right to shoot the rapist and if there was any foul play involved. The commission will be headed by a retired Supreme Court judge, Justice VS Sirpurkar. They have six months to complete their investigation. The Supreme Court has said no other court or authority should investigate this case until further orders.
