Salman Khan Talks About His Failed Relationships

Salman Khan discusses his past relationships, reluctance to get married, and promotes his upcoming film Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.

Salman Khan has been one of the most desirable men in the country for more than 30 years now. He has never got married and settled for a family life. Though he’s had a string of relationships, none of them ever reached the marriage stage. His girlfriends included Sangeeta Bijlani and Pakistani actress Somy Ali. Salman’s relationship with Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif has been the most popular and long. Salman also dated Sneha Ullal who looked similar to Aishwarya Rai. He even dated foreign beauties like Claudia Ciesla and Lulia Vantur. In an old video that has now gone viral, Salman is seen blaming himself for the situation. In the video Salman says, “Because when the first one goes, you think it was her fault, when the second one walks out of the relationship, you think it was her fault, when the third one does the same, you think the fault was in her but by the fourth time, you start to doubt and wonder, ‘Ki fault unmein hai ya mujh mein?’ Maybe it’s my fear that I can’t give them that life or happiness." Earlier this year, when Salman appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Kapil asked him who he has given the right to call him “jaan”. Salman replied, “Don’t give this right to anyone because they start by calling you ‘jaan’ and then they take your life. It all starts with, ‘I am so lucky to be with you.’ After that comes, ‘I Love You.’ But after some time, when she realises that the guy has fallen for her, she destroys your life.” The actor continued, “Jaan ek bada hi incomplete word hai, actually poora sentence shayad ye hoga, ‘jaan le lungi teri uske baad kisi aur ko jaan banaungi, uski bhi jaan lungi.” On the work front, the actor is gearing up for the release of his next co-starring Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, Tiger 3, which is scheduled to release on Diwali.
