1. Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan
Hrithik and Sussanne had been together for about 17 years. They ended their marriage in 2014 after rumours about Hrithik’s alleged affair with Kites co-star, Barbara Mori. It was also reported that Suzzanne demanded a lump sum of 400 crores as alimony out of which Hrithik gave 380 crores.
2. Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur
The Karisma and Sunjay relationship had problems from the start, allegedly due to Sunjay’s infidelity . The couple who have 2 kids together filed for divorce in 2014 and got legally separated in 2016. Karisma got Sunjay’s Khar residence, 14 crores in bonds for the kids which amounts to Rs.10 lakh interest monthly as well as maintenance of the kids.
3. Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani
After 16 years of being married, Farhan and Adhuna divorced in 2016. Farhan agreed to pay a one-time alimony to Adhuna instead of a monthly amount. She also got to keep his sprawling 10,000 sq feet mansion in Bandra for her and the kids. In addition, the Farhan also had to make investments for the children’s futures.
4. Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan
Saif and Amrita were married for 13 years and had 2 kids together. Saif had to pay a huge amount after the divorce. In an old interview, he was quoted saying, “I am to give Amrita Rs 5 crore, of which I have already given her approximately Rs 2.5 crore. Also, I am paying Rs 1 lakh per month until my son becomes 18. I am not Shah Rukh Khan. I don't have that kind of money. I have promised her I will pay up the rest of the money.”
5. Sanjay Dutt and Rhea Pillai
According to reports Sanjay was really in love with Rhea. When they divorced after a 10-year-long marriage in 2008, it was alleged that Sanjay gave the sea-facing luxury apartment, an expensive car to Rhea and he was paying her bills for some time as well.
