Indian Spies Leaks G20 & Missile Information With Pakistani Women

Female Pakistani spies are reportedly trained in honey trapping and extracting secrets through fake identities and the use of social media.

A Ministry of Finance, Ministry of External Affairs employee named Naveen Pal has been arrested by Ghaziabad Police on espionage charges. (for being a spy). As per a report by India Today, the arrest took place in the Crossings Republik area after receiving information from the Intelligence Bureau. Investigation into the case revealed that Naveen Pal communicated the information through the messaging app WhatsApp. It was discovered that Naveen Pal initially connected with a woman on social media and subsequently engaged in conversations with her via WhatsApp. Initially, the woman's phone number was traced back to Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. However, upon tracing the IP address associated with the number, it was determined to be originating from Karachi. During the investigation, the police discovered numerous documents related to the finance ministry and the G20 on Naveen Pal's mobile phone. These files were saved under the name "secret," according to the police. Additionally, the police stated that they are actively searching for a woman from Alwar in Rajasthan. It is believed that this woman digitally transferred a certain amount of money to Naveen Pal's account. The authorities are making efforts to locate and apprehend her in connection with the case. Earlier on May 5, Pradeep Kurulkar (60), a DRDO scientist from Pune was arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) over accusations of espionage.

Kurulkar revealed that he had started talking to a woman named Zara Dasgupta, who claimed to be a Hindu software engineer based in the UK. They were connected via WhatsApp and voice and video calls as well. Dasgupta used to send obscene videos and photos to the DRDO scientist, and the two struck up a relationship after which Kurulkar ended up sharing classified information. The officials then started suspecting him and launched an investigation. During the investigation, the IP address of the obscene chats was traced to Pakistan.The investigation found that the scientist openly discussed sensitive topics including the Rafael and Aakash missile systems with the woman. He also provided detailed structural about the missile systems, as well as information about other defense programs information. The woman has also given email IDs and their password to upload the details and asked him to download apps made with malware, sources said, adding that these apps use all data of the downloaded phones and connected emails. As the investigations progressed, it was discovered that the scientist’s activities were being tracked from Islamabad, Pakistan, indicating a possible involvement of the Pakistani intelligence agency, ISI.

How are female Pakistani spies trained? 

According to India TV reports, the female spies in Pakistan are trained at a specialized university in Rawalpindi, which is the headquarters of the Pakistani army. Physically attractive women are picked for this and are given specific training in honey trapping and extracting secrets. According to media reports, these spies are made to assume Hindu identities by creating fake online profiles through artificial intelligence. They  use Facebook and WhatsApp to connect with Indian soldiers and are given training in ‘sexting’ and using their photos to extract defense secrets.
