Head Constable Sanjay Kumar Sinha and Constable Ratan Kumar Thakur were two CRPF jawans that lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attacks. anjay Kumar Sinha’s wife and two daughters live in the Patna District of Bihar. While Ratan Kumar Thakur’s pregnant wife and 4 year old son live in Bhagalpur in Bihar.
Inayat Khan is a 32 year old IAS officer working in Bihar. She has offered to adopt Constable Sinha’s two daughters. She also promised Constable Thakur’s wife, that if her baby is a girl child she will adopt that child too. She said that the government is helping the families a lot. Even she wants to help, by taking responsibility of the girls education and marriage.
She even donated her two day’s salary and asked all the government officials to do the same. Inayat Khan also opened up a bank account in Canara Bank and encouraged people to donate whatever amount they can.She said whatever amount is collected till 10th March will be announced in the media and equally distributed between the two families.
