Brother of a Snake Bite Victim Also Killed by Snake on His Funeral

In an extremely rare, shocking and unbelievable incident, A man who had come to attend the last rites of his dead brother who died of snakebite was also killed after being bitten by a snake in his sleep, a police report has said on Thursday 4th of August. Yes, you heard it right, Govind Mishra who was just 22 years old attended the last rites of his brother Arvind Mishra who was 38 years old. Arvind’s last rites were held in Bhawanipur village of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday 3rd of August, after he died of a snakebite on Tuesday, 2nd of August.
This is not all, Police officer Radha Raman Singh told PTI. There is one more relative Chandrashekar Pandey who is also just 22 years old was in the same house and was also bitten by a snake, However, Chandrashekar Pandey was rushed to a hospital, where his condition is still said to be critical,” the official added. Both Govind Mishara and Pandey had come to the village from Ludhiana to attend the last rites of their brother Arvind Mishra. Moreover, Senior medical and administrative officials visited the village on Thursday, 5th of August to examine the house along with the Local MLA Kailash Nath Shukla who also met with the family and assured them of every possible help.
