Mukesh & Nita Ambani organised “Samuhik Vivah” for 50 underprivileged couples on 2nd July 2024 to mark the beginning of Anant & Radhika's wedding festivities.

Mukesh and Nita Ambani, alongside their children Akash, Isha, and their respective spouses, organized a special mass wedding for 50 underprivileged couples at Reliance Corporate Park in Thane. This charitable gesture took place ahead of their youngest son Anant Ambani's upcoming wedding with Radhika Merchant.

The couples, who hailed from Palghar, Maharashtra, were joined by their families, friends, and local social workers for the ceremony. Each couple received generous gifts including gold ornaments like mangalsutras, wedding rings, and nose rings, as well as silver ornaments such as toe rings and anklets. Additionally, they were provided with essential household items like utensils, gas stoves, mixers, fans, mattresses, pillows, and 36 other necessary items. Groceries sufficient for a year and a cheque of ?1.01 lakh as 'streedhan' were also presented to each bride.

A heartwarming video of Nita Ambani congratulating the newly married couples, who touched her feet in gratitude, has gone viral on social media. The event was attended by around 800 guests and concluded with a grand dinner for all attendees, along with a mesmerizing Tarpa dance performance by the Warli Tribe.
