Hello everyone! I am here to tell you about 31st October 2023. 31st October 2023 is the Halloween Day! People believe that the souls of the dead rise on that day. That is Halloween! I too, am a ghost. Are you scared of me? Ha! Be careful! Ha ha! Are we talking about Halloween for the first time? No, we had broadcasted in the past. Have a look at different videos! Are we going to talk about ghost stories? News about it? No! I am here to talk about the Halloween competition. You have to send your video and the best one will be given a prize. Here are the rules!
1. You can dress up as a Halloween character with a suitable dress and make-up, but a mask cannot be used. It should be make-up and the act has to be solo.
2. The video will be recorded in the horizontal frame and with the highest quality.
3. The video should have 2 scary acts or expressions and should be 30 seconds long.
4. You can decide on the background images of the video. It can be edited as per your choice. Or, it can be naturally shot but very realistic.
