Dow Hill, Kurseong, West Bengal
Located around 30km from Darjeeling is the Dow Hill of Kurseong, which is the boss of haunted places in India. The Death Road which lies between the Dow Hill Road and Forest Office is the hotspot. People have seen a headless ghost of a young boy walking and disappearing into the forest and also experienced being followed or watched by a bodiless entity. While some have seen a red pair of red eyes staring at them from the forest, others have seen the ghost of a woman in grey. The paranormal activities are so intense that most visitors lose sense or kill themselves.
