Anjali Dhingra, a popular food blogger with 2.85 lakh Instagram followers and 42.4 lakh YouTube subscribers on her channel "So Saute," recently shared a reel testing unusual food combinations. Known as 'Food Magic Mixing Theories,' these experiments involve eating two or more food items together to create the taste of a completely different food. While these theories are often used professionally in the hospitality industry, Anjali tested them in a fun way for her followers.

In the reel, Anjali tried the following combinations:

1. Grapes + Peanuts = Chocolate

Anjali was surprised by the hint of chocolate in this combination.

2. Apple + Orange = Kiwi

Anjali denied this, saying it did not taste like kiwi at all.

3. Cucumber + Sugar = Watermelon

Anjali found this combination to work, noting that it tasted like watermelon, even though she was holding a cucumber.

4. Orange + Pineapple = Mango

Anjali completely disagreed with this, saying it didn’t taste like mango.

5. Cucumber + Apple = Muskmelon

This was Anjali’s favorite. She claimed that the taste was exactly like muskmelon and would have fooled her if she were blindfolded.

The video quickly went viral, gaining over 7.23 lakh views, 2.38 lakh likes, 250 comments, and around 1.83 lakh shares. However, many viewers commented that these combinations didn’t work for them, with some even jokingly criticizing Anjali for trying such unusual pairings.
