Yuvraj Singh’s Father Accuses Dhoni of Destroying Yuvraj’s Career

Yograj Singh criticizes MS Dhoni and Kapil Dev, accusing Dhoni of ruining Yuvraj's career, while demanding the Bharat Ratna for his son.

Yograj Singh, the father of former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, has once again criticized former India captain MS Dhoni, accusing him of ruining Yuvraj’s career. Yograj, who is a former cricketer himself and now an actor, made these strong remarks during an interview with the Zee Switch YouTube channel.

In the interview, Yograj stated, "I won't forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at his face in the mirror. He is a very big cricketer, but what he has done against my son, everything is coming out now; it can never be forgiven in life." Yograj has often spoken against Dhoni, blaming him for shortening Yuvraj's career, which he believes could have lasted four to five more years.

Yograj also took a dig at Kapil Dev, India’s first World Cup-winning captain. He suggested that Yuvraj’s successful cricket career was a form of revenge against Kapil Dev, with whom he has had a strained relationship for many years. Yograj boasted that Yuvraj has won 13 trophies, while Kapil Dev has only one—the 1983 World Cup.

These statements from Yograj Singh have quickly gone viral on social media, with many people discussing his ongoing feud with both MS Dhoni and Kapil Dev. This isn’t the first time Yograj has spoken against Dhoni. A few months back, he blamed Dhoni for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) losing IPL 2024, accusing Dhoni of being "jealous" of Yuvraj.

Now, Yograj is demanding that Yuvraj Singh be awarded India’s highest civilian honor, the Bharat Ratna. He believes that Yuvraj’s contributions to Indian cricket deserve this recognition.

The question is: Do you think Yuvraj Singh should receive the Bharat Ratna award? Share your thoughts in the comments section.
