1. Vaibhav Suryavanshi – The Youngest IPL Player Ever
Rajasthan Royals picked Vaibhav for ?1.1 crore when he was just 13 years old. At 14 years and 23 days, he became the youngest to debut in IPL, hitting a six on his very first ball! From a small farm in Samastipur, Bihar, Vaibhav’s story is full of hard work and sacrifice. His farmer father sold land and travelled 100 km every two days for his training. Vaibhav has already played for India in youth matches and is seen as a mix of Yuvraj Singh and Brian Lara by his coach Ojha.

2. Ayush Mhatre – The Train Journey to Success
17-year-old Ayush, who plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket, travelled daily from Virar to Churchgate with his grandfather to train at the Vengsarkar Academy. He got his IPL debut with Chennai Super Kings after Ruturaj Gaikwad’s injury. In his first match, he scored a quick 32 runs off 15 balls. His father still can't believe that Ayush is now playing under MS Dhoni’s leadership.

3. Vignesh Puthur – Kerala’s Rising Bowler
24-year-old Vignesh comes from a humble background — his father is an auto driver, and his mother is a homemaker. He was discovered while studying in college and was later picked by Mumbai Indians for ?30 lakh. He made a stunning IPL debut, taking 3 key wickets in 3 overs. Even MS Dhoni praised him after the match!

4. Robin Minz – Jharkhand’s Powerful Batsman
Robin Minz, 22, is the first tribal player in the IPL. Though he missed the 2024 season due to a bike accident, he returned strong in 2025 with Mumbai Indians. He’s known for his big hitting and is lovingly called Jharkhand’s ‘Chris Gayle’. Interestingly, he was also trained by Dhoni’s former coach.

These young players are proving that dreams can come true with hard work, support, and talent.
