In 1996 Akshay Kumar acted in Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi. On 13th June AK posted a picture on his Instagram to mark the 25th anniversary of the film. The picture was actually a meme. The tag line said : Raise your hand if you have defeated - ‘The Undertaker’. Below the tagline there were pictures of 4 people. 3 were famous WWE champion wrestlers and 1 was Akshay himself. The picture went viral and everyone thought AK had really defeated The Undertaker. However in the caption Akshay clarified by saying in the movie Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, he had defeated The Undertaker. But it wasn’t the real Undertaker. 

Another Wrestler Brian Lee had played the character in the movie. As his post went viral, many fans started to tag the undertaker who’s real name is Mark William Calaway. Then he himself commented on the actor’s post by saying “Ha! Tell me when you’re ready for a REAL rematch!” Kumar’s fans went crazy and started requesting him to accept fighting with the Undertaker. People said if this happened, it would be the most viewed match. Akshay then replied to the Undertaker’s comment by saying - “Let me check on my insurance and get back, bro!”

The official twitter account of WWE India Tweeted by saying - “The REAL @undertaker vs. @akshaykumar? Yes, please!” Many are excited that this could prove to be an opportunity to see The Undertaker back in the ring again, after he announced his retirement in November last year. Others simply shared memes and placed their bets on who would win if the match was to really take place.
