Salman Khan House Firing Case: Two Shooters Arrested from Gujarat

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting at Salman Khan's residence, with ongoing investigations revealing ties to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

On April 14, 2024, an alarming incident occurred when two individuals riding a bike opened fire at Salman Khan's residence. If you missed the video detailing the attack, you can watch it by clicking here.

Following the attack, Mumbai's Crime Branch, ATS, and NIA launched a massive manhunt to apprehend the shooters. More than 10 police teams scoured the city for them. The shooters abandoned their bike near Mount Mary Church and fled in an autorickshaw. CCTV footage captured them at Bandra railway station, indicating their escape by train. Their last sighting was at Mira Road around 6:15 am, an hour post the attack, after which they eluded police detection.

The investigation extended beyond Mumbai's borders, with teams dispatched to Rajasthan, Delhi, and Bihar. Earlier, the Mumbai Crime Branch had summoned two individuals for questioning, and late on April 15, two suspects were arrested in Bhuj, Gujarat. They were identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, hailing from Champaran, Bihar. Pal allegedly carried out the shooting, while Gupta maintained contact with Lawrence Bishnoi Gang members.

Further probe revealed the duo had resided in Panvel for 21 days and purchased the bike used in the crime locally. Reports suggest they disposed of their pistols in a Surat river.

Initial findings indicate the shooters were motivated by financial gain, instructed not to kill Salman but to intimidate him. Recent developments suggest a third individual, Vishal alias 'Kalu,' associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has been arrested in connection with the shooting. Vishal has ties to gangster Rohit Godara, known for his international operations and affiliations with Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, and Goldy Brar.

Vishal's criminal record dates back to 2020, with his first arrest linked to a motorcycle theft case. He served time in Delhi's Tihar jail and is suspected in the murder of Sachin, a Gurgaon-based bookie.

As the case unfolds, its complexities increase. Stay tuned to ISH News for the latest updates on this developing story.
