Tamil actor Ravi Mohan, known for films like Jayam, Bommarillu, Peranmai and Siren, is now making headlines not for cinema, but for his deeply public divorce battle with wife Aarti.

Married since 2009 and parents to two sons, the couple’s relationship reportedly began falling apart in 2024. In 2025, both filed separate divorce petitions, with Aarti seeking ?40 lakh monthly alimony. Rumours also linked Ravi Mohan to singer Keneeshaa Francis during the separation.

Now in 2026, the controversy has intensified. Keneeshaa released emotional videos denying she broke a family and claimed she has distanced herself from Ravi Mohan. Soon after, Ravi held a tearful press conference in Chennai, saying online negativity had broken him emotionally. He revealed he is currently unable to meet his sons despite paying ?50 lakh for their education. He also spoke about struggles in his marriage, mental stress, and even self-harm, saying he can no longer focus on acting until the divorce ends.

Aarti later responded strongly on Instagram, warning that her silence should not be mistaken for weakness and saying she is ready to fight for her children and dignity.
