New 7-Min and 6-Min Videos Go Viral, Linked to 19-Min Clip?

Two so-called viral videos from Pakistan trended online due to rumours and curiosity. Fact-checks confirmed no verified videos existed, and the claims were misleading clickbait.

Do you remember the 19-minute intimate video that was leaked and went viral earlier? ISH News had reported on that incident, and many people discussed it online. In recent weeks, a similar kind of news has surfaced again, but this time it is linked to Pakistan.

Social media users in Pakistan and neighbouring countries started searching and sharing posts about two so-called viral videos. One was described as a “7 minutes 11 seconds” video, while the other was described as a “6 minutes” or “6 minutes 39 seconds” video. The posts did not clearly show any videos but used these exact time lengths to suggest that some leaked or intimate footage existed.

Because of curiosity and rumours, these phrases quickly began trending on Google, X, TikTok, and WhatsApp. The first trend to gain attention was the “7 minutes 11 seconds” video. Posts claimed it involved a Pakistani man named Umair, also known as Umairy, and was allegedly from Gujranwala. Some users even claimed police action and arrests.

However, none of these posts shared verified sources, official police statements, or confirmed videos. Most links led to unrelated or unsafe websites. Fact-checking and technology platforms later confirmed that no verified video of exactly 7 minutes and 11 seconds existed. Experts explained that using exact time lengths is a common clickbait trick.

Soon after, another trend appeared about a 6 minutes 39 seconds video linked to Pakistani TikToker Fatima Jatoi. Again, no real video was found. Fatima Jatoi denied the claims and said the rumours were false. Some reports suggested the clips could be edited or AI-generated.

In both cases, rumours spread faster than facts, driven by misleading captions and fake links.
