Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Wife Aaliya Forced to Sleep in Hall

There is a huge family feud going on in Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s family due to which his wife is forced to sleep in a hall and he stays in a hotel.

Brick by brick, Nawazuddin Siddiqui constructed his own Taj Mahal in Mumbai. Gleaming white and custom-built, Nawaz is very proud of his house. Nawaab, Nawaz’s home, named after his father Nawaab, has six bedrooms, two large halls, and two spacious lawns. On the first floor, Nawaz has a large space to grow trees. Nawaz loves greenery. He wants his home in Mumbai to remind me of my home in my village.  His voice beaming with pride and joy, Nawaz said, “I had an exact map of every inch of my dream house in my head, and I would not compromise on even an inch of that vision. If something was built wrongly during my absence, I broke it. There were many demolished walls before the house happened. I wanted every inch of the house to be the way I had designed it in my mind.”

And now, the same home has turned into a veritable horror castle, where his wife Aaliya is fighting an ugly property battle with Nawaz’s mother Mehrunisa. She posted a video on Instagram and captioned it saying, ‘I have been forced to live, sleep and utilize only the hall, at my own husband's house, for the past 7 days. My children who have just arrived from Dubai are sleeping with me by joining two sofa sets in the Hall. I somehow managed to take a bath in a small toilet meant for guests. No food, no sleep and on top of that Security Guards are put all around me. Now, even cameras are installed and every move is monitored. No peace and no privacy. All seven bedrooms are locked by my in-laws, and my husband Nawazuddin Siddiqui is not able to protect me or even stand up for me.  Even my Advocate was not allowed to take my signature for Court papers. Will the harassment by my in-laws ever end. Andheri court took up the matter on 10th February 2023. Waiting for justice.”

Nawazzudin Siddiqui’s lawyerNadeem Zafar Zaidi recently held a press conference in Delhi where they claimed Aaliya is still married to her first husband, Vinay Bhargav. Nawaz’s mother also made a statement saying that their son Rizwan Siddiqui is not the legitimate son of Nawaz.

Aaliya was very angry by these statements.  Aaliya’s lawyer has hinted at approaching the high court for DNA testing to prove the child’s legitimacy and said such baseless allegations are to mislead the court, if they have proof they should have appeared in court and filed their reply to court.

Meanwhile, according to reports, stuck between his mother and wife, Nawaz has moved into a hotel and will remain there until his lawyers sort out the mess. Nawaz had to leave his dream house and stay in a hotel due to the family feud.
