Mukesh Ambani Buys New Home for Rs. 592 Crore

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani had added another stunning property to his collection when he invested $79 million in an iconic British estate - Stoke Park.

Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani is India's richest person and is one of the world’s 10 richest billionaires. 

His Mumbai home which is called ‘Antilia’ is known as one of the most expensive homes in the world as the property costs $2 billion. The Ambani family spent the entire lockdown in Antilia but the family felt they wanted a second home which is more open and not like a building. Now Mukesh Ambani has purchased another lavish property! In April 2021, Ambani purchased a 300-acre property in England called Stoke Park. He paid Rs 592 crore for this lavish property! The property is about 40km outside London. Stoke Park property is almost 900 years old and is a very famous place. The property has a huge mansion, a five-star hotel,13 tennis courts and a huge golf course! The five-star hotel has 49 rooms and suites. The hotel has three restaurants and lounges, including fine dining and a coffee shop.

It also has a spa with steam rooms, a jacuzzi, as well as a 4,000 sq ft fitness centre. The property is famous for serving as a filming location for two James Bond films: 1964's "Goldfinger" and 1997's "Tomorrow Never Dies." The Ambanis are now planning to build a mini-hospital on the property as well. When news of his latest purchase went viral, there were rumours that the Ambani family would leave India to live in the UK. 

The family usually spends Diwali at their Antilia home but this year they celebrated the festival at their new home in the UK. The Ambani family released a statement saying that the rumours are false and the family has no plans of relocating to the UK.
