Man Stabs Girlfriend to Death in Bengaluru PG, Video Goes Viral

A viral video shows a woman being brutally stabbed at her PG. In Navi Mumbai, police found the disfigured body of 20-year-old Yashashri Shinde, missing for two days.

In shocking news, two separate murder cases have come to light in Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, with arrests made in both cases.

In Bengaluru, 24-year-old Kriti Kumari, who worked in a tech company, was brutally murdered on the night of July 23, 2024. Kriti, who hailed from Bihar, was living in a women-only PG accommodation in Koramangala.

Abhishek, the boyfriend of Kriti’s roommate, sneaked into the PG and attacked Kriti violently. According to CCTV footage, Abhishek dragged Kriti into the corridor and fatally stabbed her before fleeing. Despite the screams and chaos, other residents of the PG did not come to her aid in time. Kriti died on the spot.

Abhishek was arrested in Bhopal on July 27, 2024, after a manhunt by Bengaluru Police. Reports suggest that Abhishek was angry over arguments with Kriti’s roommate and her advice to distance herself from him. The police are still investigating the exact motive and the whereabouts of Kriti’s roommate during the incident.

In Navi Mumbai, 20-year-old Yashashri Shinde was found murdered on July 26, 2024. Yashashri, a data entry operator, had gone missing on July 25. Her body was discovered on Kotnaka road with severe injuries and signs of animal attack.

Yashashri’s parents have named Dawood Shaikh as the main suspect. They claim Dawood had previously been arrested for molestation based on Yashashri’s complaint. Dawood, who had gone missing, was arrested in Gulbarga, Karnataka on July 30, 2024. During interrogation, he confessed to killing Yashashri due to rejection and jealousy over her suspected relationship with another man.

Both cases have shocked the communities involved, and investigations are ongoing.
