India Bangladesh Tour Back On as Strike Cancelled

The India’s Bangladesh tour was marred due to the Bangladeshi cricketers strike. Watch the video for the details.

Earlier it was announced that in November, India would go to Bangladesh to play three T20I and
two Test matches.Cricketers from Bangladesh went on a strike and said that they would not
participate in any cricket activities unless 9 of their demands are approved by the Bangladesh
Cricket Board (BCB).
As of now, they would not participate in the National Cricket League (NCL) and also the
training camp for the India tour.The Cricketers demands more salary, same salary, more match
opportunities in international crickets and many other demands. They even demanded that
female players should get equal pay.
They also said that the BCB has a lot of money but they do not pay the players well. The
Bangladesh cricketers play and work hard but all the money is taken by the BCB. Because of
the strike many thought that the matches would get cancelled.
Now the BCB have agreed to 7 demands and the players have agreed to start playing again.
The team will join the training camp from 25th October.
