Sending a strong message to China, at a press conference, IAF Chief RKS Bhadauria said on Monday 5th October that there have been military tensions between India and China at the LAC in Ladakh for months.

However Bhadauria assured that IAF "has the capability to shoot first and strike deep and hard." He said that after the Galwan Valley episode in June, IAF is prepared for any airstrike. Bhadauria assured that if China and Pakistan attack India at the same time, IAF is so strong that India can fight them easily. He said if China is taking Pakistan’s help by using Pakistan’s Skardu Air Base PoK, then Indian will deal with them accordingly.

Bhadauria said that the induction of Rafale Jets gave a major boost to IAF.

After the problems at the LAC and the Galwan valley incident, Ladakh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping will face each other for the first time at the BRICS Summit to be held on November 17. Bhaduria said we will know more about the situation at Ladakh in the next few months. Hopefully, everything will get solved when governments meet and talk.
