Hemant Soren took oath as the Chief Minister of  Jharkhand on Sunday 29th December, after the coalition of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM),  Congress, and  Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) won the assembly elections with majority votes.The  BJP had formed the Government in Jharkhand for the last 5 years. The has been a very big defeat for them.This is the second time Soren was sworn-in as the CM. He was the CM between July 2013 and December 2014. 

The Results of the Jharkhand assembly elections were announced on December 24.The JMM-Congress-RJD Coalition won 47 of the total 81 seats in the assembly. BJP won only 25 seats. BJp has failed to form government in Maharashtra and now in Jharkhand as well.Soren is Jharkhand’s youngest CM and has worked hard for peace and development in Jharkhand.
