FIR Against Mahaakshay Chakraborty in Rape & Abortion Case
An FIR has been filed in Mumbai against Mithun Chakraborty’s wife actress Yogeeta Bali and his son Mahaakshay Chakraborty in an alleged rape and forced abortion.
An FIR has been filed in Mumbai against Mithun Chakraborty’s wife actress Yogeeta Bali and his son Mahaakshay Chakraborty aka Mimoh. A woman said she was in a relationship with Mithun Chakraborty's son since 2015. She said that she was given a spiked alcoholic drink by Mahaakshay and was later allegedly raped. The woman also alleged that the veteran actor's son had promised her marriage but he never fulfilled it. The woman said that even after refusing marriage, Mahaakshay continued to have a physical relationship with her for 4 years. After the victim was pregnant, Mahaakshaya pressurized her to get an abortion but she did not agree so he gave her some pills and got the child aborted.
According to the victim, Mahaakshaya's mother Yogeeta Bali also threatened the victim after her complaint and also pressured her to take the case back. The woman claimed that she had tried to get an FIR registered in Mumbai but the police did not register it. So when she shifted to Delhi she appealed to a local court in Delhi to guide her on how to file an FIR. The Delhi court ordered the mumbai police to register an FIR in this case. And after that, an FIR was registered at the Oshiwara police station.
