Now, a new skyscraper in Dubai is set to be crowned as the world's tallest residential building
Dubai is known for its modern infrastructure, tall buildings and high rise skyscrapers. Now, a new skyscraper in Dubai is set to be crowned as the world's tallest residential building. The building is named Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. The building is a collaboration between Emirati property development company Bi??nghatti and the famous watchmaker Jacob & Co. Both the companies unveiled the designs of the structure earlier on 22nd of November, Tuesday.
The companies said in a joint statement that the aim is to set a record as one of the tallest residential constructions in the world. The tower will have 100 floors, two more than the current title holder, America's Central Park Tower on 57th Street in Manhattan. The hyper tower will also surpass the Manhattan skyscraper's height of 472 metres, according to developers. The other eye-catching detail in this structure is the crown that will have diamond-shaped spires. Services will include a team offering a direction service, bodyguard, driver and private chef, said the report. There are also plans to build an exclusive private club equipped with an infinity pool and a lounge area. The building will be located in the heart of Business Bay, the heart of Dubai's financial district. Five penthouses will be constructed on the top floor that will be most luxurious and exclusive, as per the statements given by the developers. However, an opening date for the building has not yet been announced.
