Complaint Filed Against Ranveer Singhs Nude Pictures
A complaint has been filed against Ranveer Singh for hurting the sentiments of women and insulting their modesty through his photographs.
Bollywood Actor Ranveer Singh is known for his weird dressing sense often spotted wearing unique clothes and outfits, however, now the actor is in a lot of attention after his pictures from a nude photoshoot has gone viral across the social media platforms. Now, a complaint has been filed against the actor for hurting the sentiments of women and insulting their modesty through his photographs. The complaint application was submitted at the Chembur police station by an office-bearer of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), based in the east Mumbai suburbs beyond Sion. A part of the complaint application read, "Ranveer Singh has posted the photos on his personal Instagram and Twitter accounts. This clearly shows that he has nothing to do with Indian culture and he is least bothered about the people of India living in the country or even abroad but his only concern is to earn crores of rupees by damaging the cultures and traditions of India.Actors like Ranveer Singh can go to any extent to earn money. By doing this act, the actor has crossed all limits of a cultured and gentlemen person. I have two daughters and four other girls in my family and I kept telling them to not open any social media and google news. In view of the above, I would like to lodge a complaint against Ranveer Singh under sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code for outraging the modesty of women.”
Ranveer SIngh is not the only person who has posed nude. Earlier actor Milind Soman had posed nude with a python around his neck. John Abraham too has posed nude. With regards to Deaf, American model / actor Nyle DiMarco too has posed nude.
In the latest update, After Ranveer Singh’s nude photoshoot, an NGO in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore put up a box asking people to donate clothes for Ranveer as he was poor and had no money for clothes. The box had a photo of Ranveer posing nude and a statement which said, Indore is the cleanest city, even people’s mind has to be cleaned. According to the NGO Ranveer Singh is a youth icon and has many young and adult fans. However, they “do not want the youth to follow what he has done”.
