Bikers Chased and Assaulted by 4 Men in Gurugram
A group of bikers in Gurugram were brutally attacked by drunk bodybuilders by rods and bats and they also caused damage to their bikes. Later, the 4 men were arrested.
A shocking video has gone viral where some bikers are being beaten up and their bikes are being damaged by a group of men.
What happened?
On 20th April 2025, around 7:00 AM, a group of bikers left Ambience Mall in Gurugram for a breakfast ride to Panchgaon (near Manesar). While riding on Dwarka Expressway, they overtook a black Mahindra Scorpio.
Soon after, the Scorpio started chasing them and tried to hit their bikes. The bikers pulled over, thinking the SUV would go ahead. But instead, the Scorpio also stopped, and a group of drunk men, later identified as bodybuilders, came out.
They were carrying glasses in hand and immediately started attacking the bikers with steel rods and baseball bats. One of the bikers, Hardik Sharma, a software developer from Sector 46, Gurugram, was hit on the head. Luckily, he was wearing a helmet, which saved him from serious injury. His medical report shows four head injuries.
The attackers also damaged the expensive bikes, including Hardik’s Kawasaki ZX-4R, which is worth between ?10–25 lakh. The damage to the bikes was around ?4–5 lakh.
During the attack, Hardik was threatened with a knife and was not allowed to record any video. In one of the videos, he is seen pleading with folded hands saying “Bhaiya, sorry. Please bhaiya,” but the attackers did not stop.
After some time, when a crowd gathered, the attackers ran away. Hardik tried to file an FIR but said it took the police nearly 12 hours to register it.
Interestingly, he used an AI-based face recognition app by uploading images from the video and found the attackers' social media profiles even before the police could identify them. He said he had to pay 7 US dollars to use the app.
Finally, on 22nd April, four accused were arrested. The FIR was filed under different sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) like criminal conspiracy, hurt, wrongful restraint, criminal intimidation, and more.
Hardik is now asking that the attackers be made to pay for the damage done to his bike. Police investigation is still going on.
