Ankita Lokhande Performs Puja for SSR’s Death Anniversary
A day before Sushant’s 1st death anniversary, his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande performed a puja for Sushant.
It has been a year since Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last. The actor was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020, leaving fans and the bollywood industry shocked. Soon after the actor's funeral, his father KK Singh filed an FIR accusing Sushant's girlfriend, actor Rhea Chakraborty of abetting suicide. He also accused her of money laundering. The NCB got involved, the CBI got involved and there were many conspiracy theories that Sushant was murdered. His girlfriend Rhea and her brother were arrested and then released on bail. Actor Kangana Ranaut made startling allegations against the industry, revolving around bullying and drugs, further adding points to the investigation in the death case. Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh also got involved and the case had turned into a big mess.
It's been a year, but people are still shocked and can not get over Sushant's death. A day before Sushant’s 1st death anniversary on 13th June, his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande shared a video on Instagram. Although Ankita Lokhande wasn't visible in the video, a person was seen setting up the holy fire and preparing for the prayers. The chants 'Om' can be heard playing in the background.Social media is filled with posts remembering the actor. However, there is still no clarity over his death and the case continues.
