Akshay Kumar Rs 500 Crore Case Against YouTuber

Actor Akshay Kumar has served a defamation notice to a YouTuber seeking ? 500 crores in damages for making "false and baseless allegations" against him.

Akshay Kumar has filed a case against YouTuber Rashid Siddiquee. Kumar sent a legal notice through law firm IC Legal on November 17. In the legal notice sent to Siddiquee, it was said that on Siddiquee’s YouTube channel called FF News he created many videos in which he said that Akshay Kumar helped Rhea Chakraborty run away to Canada, that Akshay Kumar had secret meetings with Aaditya Thackeray and the Mumbai Police Commissioner to discuss the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput and so on. The notice also said that the videos were a cheap publicity stunt to mislead the public. Akshay Kumar has alleged that the videos made by Siddiquee are "false and baseless”. The notice also said that the video also caused Akshay Kumar a lot of mental trauma, loss of reputation, and goodwill. Hence, Siddiquee must pay Rs 500 crore to Akshay Kumar in damages. Akshay Kumar has asked Rashid Siddiquee to publish an unconditional apology, take down all the videos where references have been made regarding him, and not to upload such clips in the future.
