In New Delhi Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh launched the BJP party’s Manifesto for the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.The BJP’s Manifesto has 75 strong points and have focused on the Economy, Security, Agriculture, Women, Health, Education etc.

The BJP has promised to give a free hand to the Armed Forces to respond to terrorism. They will also pass the Citizenship Bill for religious minorities from neighboring countries. They will withdraw Section 370 which provides J&K with special status and make sure Kashmiri pandits can safely return to the state.

BJP has promised to implement an Income Support Scheme, which will give farmers Rs 6,000 per year and interest-free kisan credit card loans up to Rs 1 lakh. BJP has also promises to double farmers income by 2022. They will also launch a pension scheme to support poor farmers.

They will also implement a pension scheme for small farmers and small shopkeepers. Their Manifesto has promised to change tax rates and slabs, so that honest tax payers may benefit. Collateral-Free credit upto Rs 50 lakh for entrepreneurs and Rs 10 lakh accidental insurance for all traders under GST has been proposed as well. They will also work towards encouraging women to work participate in the workforce.The Party aims to ensure each citizen has access to a bank account as well.  

For the development of education, the party has promised a 50% increase in seats for educational courses in Law, Engineering, Science and Management. Operation Digital Board is a project to boost the quality of education in the country. HRD minister said that the Digital Board will be introduced all over the country in Government aided schools from class 9th onwards. It will also be introduced in higher education institution.  

The BJP has promised to invest Rs 100 lakh crore for the infrastructure of India.Their government will work hard to provide pucca houses, LPG gas cylinders, clean drinking water, toilets 100% electricity and a better waste management system for every household in India. They have promised to strive to make all government buildings accessible to persons with disabilities. Additional 60,000 km of National Highways will also be constructed in the next 5 years and 50 more cities will be connected by the Metro.  

They aim to increase the doctor-population ratio of 1:1400 and start setting up 75 new medical colleges/postgraduate medical colleges. The BJP party aims to establish 1.5 lakh health and wellness centres under Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

If re-elected the party has promised to ban triple Talaq, Nikah Halala and build the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

The BJP supports the Supreme Court's order regarding women being allowed in the Sabarimala Temple in Kerala. They have promised that they will make sure the constitution protects every citizen’ right to faith and belief.
