Weddings in India are largely remembered for several reasons, like the exotic venue, the delicious food, variety of rituals & the family get together. But this wedding in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district will remain in everyone's mind for a completely different reason. What has caught the attention of the people is a 2.3 feet tall man marrying a woman who is almost the same height. Azeem Mansoori from Shamli district was looking for a bride for many years, as it was difficult for him to find a match due to his short height. As per the reports of the news agency ANI, His dream finally came true on 2nd of November as the 2.3 feet tall Azeem became the groom and took his wedding procession to Hapur district,
The video of his wedding procession has been widely shared by social media users. In the video, Mansoori can be seen wearing sehra & sherwani, while the bride Bushara, who is of similar height to his husband is seen wearing an embroidered red outfit. Bushara got engaged to Azeem Mansuri in April 2021. The couple decided to tie the knot after Bushara completed her graduation. Mansoori had expressed his desire to invite Prime Minister Modi and Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to his wedding. Azeem Mansoori told ANI, "I'll be getting married in November.
