4. Vitamins & Minerals – The Body Protectors

Although needed in small amounts, vitamins and minerals are essential.

They help us stay healthy, fight diseases, and support many body functions. Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources.

5. Water – The Life Supporter

Water helps digest food, transport nutrients, remove waste, and regulate body temperature.

Without enough water, we may feel tired, weak, or dizzy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T GET ENOUGH NUTRIENTS?
