Maintaining hygiene in your body is very necessary. Specifically the organ which helps us breathe! The nose. The nose is humid and often filled with little waste particles. Well, just like brushing our teeth, we should follow a nasal cleanliness routine twice a day, in the morning and again in the evening. We can wash our noses using saltwater. A salt and water solution is effective in clearing out mucus, crusts, germs, and other pollutants from your nose. Nose hair is a natural part of the human body that serves as a defense system. Nose hair keeps harmful wastes out of the body system and maintains moisture in the air we breathe. In simple terms, it is like a fence that covers the gates for entering the lungs. The fence holds on to any dust, allergens and bad particles and only lets the air pass through. Although nose hair serves a useful function, you may decide you want to remove it for personal reasons.
